Refund and replacement policies
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.
If you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size that you originally requested, send us an email with a photo of the item (s) showing the size label and its original packaging within 48 hours after receipt of the order. Get a replacement. .
We can offer you replacements at no additional cost if you meet the following criteria:
- We send the wrong item - size, style, color.
- Packages that are lost in transit.
- Measurements are provided in the description of each product to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not assume any liability due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item does not suit you.
Note: Make sure that all the information you have provided is correct before sending your order to avoid mail losses or other mishaps.

How do I return a product ?
If the item you bought does not suit you for any reason, you can return it within 14 days after the delivery date.

EasyLifeShop does not support the direct cost of returning the goods. Please note that returns can sometimes take up to 20 days to reach us. If you return a product without the return form, the refund may take longer. The corresponding refund will be made once your return has been received. Please note that only products in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be returned. The delay of the refund depends on your bank and may vary.
Can I cancel my order (s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after placing the order. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you want to cancel your order.
We do not accept the cancellation of orders outside the window of 24 hours and / or due to the standard shipping reason. Keep in mind that our standard shipments are published in the description of each product, so all customers must take this into account before placing an order.
All refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours before the fund is reflected in the customer's bank account.
Please, do not send your purchase to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach an image of the item (s) showing the size label and its original packaging within 48 hours after receipt of the order, get a replacement or a refund.
Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo (s) before issuing a replacement or refund. EasyLife-Shop reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.
